Students are encouraged to bring a healthy snack to school each day, since our lunch time is quite late. Snack suggestions: Dry cereal or cereal bar, fruit, yogurt, cheese, crackers, pudding cup, raisins, etc. Please do not send candy or chips since these are not healthy snacks and students will not be allowed to eat them during snack time. Students who wish to bring perishable items may store them in my classroom refrigerator. Please do not send any snacks containing nuts or peanut butter since we have several students who have severe peanut allergies. Thank you!
*Students should keep a light sweater or sweatshirt in their school lockers to avoid becoming uncomfortably cool during class. The school building is old and the classroom temperature can be difficult to regulate.
